The Physical Literacy Advancement and Advocacy Team (PLAAT) is dedicated to promoting and advancing the concept of physical literacy within the sports science and allied health field among the public in local and the Greater China Region. Our mission is to enhance understanding of physical literacy, advocate for its importance in health and well-being, and implement evidence-based strategies that foster physical literacy across diverse populations. Through collaborative research, community engagement, and professional development, we aim to empower individuals and communities to embrace active lifestyles, improve health outcomes, and cultivate a culture of lifelong physical activity.
