Biography
Dr Pan is currently working with the Sport Biomechanics and Injury Prevention research group, SSPE, CUHK, with a focus on health promotion among the elderly. He received PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests include sports and clinical biomechanics, involving elite athletes, firefighters, military personnel, adults at high risk of injuries, and patients with musculoskeletal conditions. He has conducted research projects on gait pattern, low back pain, foot health, and footwear. In addition to laboratory-based research, he engaged in field-based research on portable wearable devices.
